The annual pitch fee is due for payment around the 10^th February. Static holiday homes start from around £2700 plus vat, some are more depending on the pitch size and position.  Lodges vary but are around £4000 plus vat.  Remember, Gas bottles, metered electric and water usage, insurance and non-domestic rates.
